This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reports that the petitioner and her husband are arrayed as accused in Crime No.553 of 2022 and the investigation is pending before the 3rd respondent, the Inspector of Police, Vadalore Police Station, Vadalore, Cuddalore District.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction 2/4
issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
