The petition has been filed to dispense with in filing the certified copy of fair order dated 22.07.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.s.No.162 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
