2. This Court, under order dated 05.12.2019, granted leave to the life convict Sirajudeen S/o.P.V.Yusuf, Convict No.4348, for a period of ten days i.e. from 09.12.2019 to 18.12.2019 and directed to take him back to prison on 18.12.2019 at 05.00 p.m.

3. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him.

The said submission is recorded.
