This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tambaran to number the case in S.R.No.4810/2022 and disposed of on merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner filed a complaint under Section 156(III) of CR.P.C.to forward the same to the concerned respondent. However, it was returned for want of separate date of complaint in police station and separate date of complaint in Commissioner officer to be filed. Therefore, the petitioner, after complying the said returned, represent the same. On representation of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram is directed to number it and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
