Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to proceed with process of tender for awarding of contract for construction of five additional class rooms etc., in GHS Melsholankuppam in Kalasapakkam Block, Thiruvannamalai District and to conclude the same in accordance with provisions of The Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and the Rules made thereunder and consequently award tender in favour of Petitioner based on merits in the process of tender, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
