Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some error in the prayer of this petition in respect of returning of original title deed documents, which have been deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Crime No.02 of 2018, as per the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

stn direction of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.29683 of 2018. Thereby, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
