This Writ Petition is not maintainable in light of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Marappan V. Deputy Registrar, Namakkal (2006 (4) CTC 689).
2. That apart, it is seen that the petitioner is not holding a licence to run the Aavin stall as the same has not been extended beyond 06.01.2021, covered under order dated 06.01.2020.
3. For the aforeasaid reason, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. 24.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking/Non-speaking Order sl Note: Registry is directed to issue this order on or before 25.11.2022.
