ORDER

This Suo Motu case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025.

2. The nature of the allegation is that on 30.03.2019, when the Police party went on rounds, the accused was found to be abusing everyone in filthy language.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations and that the matter is pending from 30.03.2019 and even if the summons is served on the accused, it will impinge upon the right to speedy trial of the accused and no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending. Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.194 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is disposed of.

21.08.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
