In the main revision, the petitioners seek direction to the Court below, to decide the EP which has been pending for long time arising out of an award passed in the claim petition, wherein, according to the revision petitioners, time and again EP has been adjourned, without showing any considerable progress, hence it is necessitated for the petitioners to file main petition.

In this regard, the proceedings of various dates adjourning the EP by the Court below have to be filed before this Court in the revision, for which, certified copy has been applied, which is yet to be received, hence the website copy of such proceedings obtained by the revision petitioners filed herein, hence the present petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copies.
