This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 08.08.2022 before the 3rd respondent police, but, so far no action has been taken on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 05.06.2022.
