ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the criminal proceedings in FIR dated 01.04.2017, registered as Crime No:2 of 2017, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-19 All Women's Police Station, Adyar, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter rather interested in subotage of the investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
