Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that none of the respondents/contemnors are holding the office at present and thus, the petitioner is required to implead the present officers in the contempt petition.

2. On the aforesaid submission being made to this Court by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel or the petitioner seeks one week time to take steps to bring the officers on record for this Court to proceed with the contempt.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents however submits that the concerned authorities will take steps to implement the order passed by this Court in its letter and spirit.
