The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.19867 of 2024 1/4

dated 19.09.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a copy of the 'C' section remark was placed before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that this remark was prepared by a Section Officer in the 'C' section and ultimately, this report was not accepted by the Inspector General of Registration.

4.This Court does not want to go into the tenability of such remarks made by the Section Officer in the 'C' section and it will suffice if a copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the learned Additional Government Pleader handed over a copy of the 'C' section remark to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
