The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.10263 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
