This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chennimalai Police Station, Erode District.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2019 was conducted and a final report has been filed in which the petitioners were not shown as accused.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this quash petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
