This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed vide order dated 20.10.2022 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.25713 of 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, she has conceived recently and she is at initial stage of pregnancy. He would also submit that she will appear after getting medical opinion after three months.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
