This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.62 of 2017 pending before the First Respondent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the investigation has been completed and also filed report and the same has been taken cognizance offence in C.C.No.51 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Puducherry. Therefore, prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
