ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a transfer of investigation in Crime No.495 of 2022 from the file of the respondent to any other investigation agency.

2.Heard Ms.R.Rajeswari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost complete and that the final report will be filed within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact the respondent has almost completed the investigation, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
