The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.531 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. He is innocent. Thus, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that the petitioner along with other accused have planned to commit dacoity. It is further stated that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has 12 previous cases pending against him. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

4. Taking the facts into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
