This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 549 days in filing the appeal in Crl.SR.No.52285 of 2025 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 29.11.2023 in SC.No.67 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 549 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
