When the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was decred on 06.09.2021 and in view of the same, nothing survives in both the Civil Revision Petitions. 2.Recording the above said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
