ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.10116 of 2014 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB and CBCID Cases), Egmore and transfer the same to any one of the Courts in Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the Prosecution submits that the Petitioner is no more and therefore, the trial Court had dropped the proceedings as abated. He has also furnished the copy of the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB and CBCID Cases), Egmore.

3. On perusal of the order of the learned Magistrate, it is found that the case was dismissed as abated and the death certificate of the Petitioner also furnished before the Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
