O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Mettur to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.6 of 2022 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The suit in O.S.No.2 of 2017 has been filed by the revision petitioner for declaration that the petitioner is legal heir of Arthanari. The said suit has been decreed and as against which the defendants filed an appeal in A.S.No.6 of 2022 before the Subordinate Judge, Mettur. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the above appeal. Page 2 / 4

3. Considering the limited relief sought by the revision, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettur is directed to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.6 of 2022 expeditiously, not later than within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
