O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3040 of 2023 by an order, dated 24.05.2023.

2. By the said order, the petitioner was granted bail but among other conditions, it had been stated that she should produce one blood surety preferably father/mother. The petitioner had been remanded to custody on 24.10.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) read with 22(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Taking all the factors into consideration, the condition to

produce one blood surety is modified with a direction to produce any surety who should be properly tested by the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai. The petition stands accordingly ordered.
