The applicant / plaintiff has filed the amendment application seeking permission to amend the plaint by including the following particulars: "16A: The plaintiff states that the suit B Schedule property was purchased in the name of the plaintiff's mother Mrs.Vanadachi out of funds of her husband Mr.D.Varadarajalu. The plaintiff's father Mr.D.Varadarajalu had settled a property at Usman Road in favour of the plaintiff, defendants 1 and 2 and Mrs.Vanadachi as per Registered deed of settlement deed dated 19.10.2005, Doc.No.2635 of 2005, SRO - T.Nagar. Subsequently, Mrs.Vanadachi along with second defendant have sold the share settled to them in favour of one Mr.r.Kumararaja as per Registered deed of sale dated 12.06.2006, Doc.No.1420 of 2006, SRO-T.Nagar. Only by utilizing the funds received in the name of Mrs.Vanadachi by sale of portion settled in her favour at Usman Road, the suit B schedule property was purchased in her name as per Registered deed of sale dated 18.09.2006, Doc.No.5081 of 2006, SRO-Virugambakkam.
16B: The plaintiff further submits that the portion settled in favour of the plaintiff and the 1st defendant was jointly conveyed by them in favour of one Mrs.Vadivambal as per Registered Deed of sale dated 12.06.2006, Doc.No.1422 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vum 2006, SRO-T.Nagar. Mr.D.Varadarajulu had conveyed his share in favour of Mr.A.Ramamurthy as per Registered deed of sale dated 12.06.2006, Doc.No.1421 of 2006, SRO-T.Nagar."
2. On perusal of the particulars, it is seen that the plaintiff has stated about the origin of tile in respect of the suit properties and these particulars do not change the nature of the suit.
3. In view of the above stated reasons, this application is allowed. To carry out amendment and to file amended copy of the plaint, post on 16.06.2023.
