It is seen that this Court while disposing of the above said W.P.No.32884/2017 on 31.08.2023 directed the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore District to consider the matter afresh by giving opportunity to the petitioner and the first respondent and thereafter decide the issue and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore District vide letter dated 06.03.2024 has prayed for further extension of two months time to comply with the directions of this Court passed in W.P.No.32884 of 2017 on 31.08.2023. 3.I have gone through the reasons stated by the learned Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore District and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, further period of two months is granted to dispose of the matter as per the directions of this Court. 13.03.2024 ah 1/3
