This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 26.05.2022 before the 2nd respondent police, but no action has been taken on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report in Crime No.160 of 2022 has been registered by the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
