3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that no proper reason has been given for the delay of 210 days.

4.On perusal of the affidavit, this Court finds that the reason given by the petitioner is reasonable. In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
