Writ Petition is challenging the charge memo issued by the second respondent in Proceedings No.63/2003-2004 dated 02.05.2004 and quash the same.
2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that after issuing charge memo, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent conducted enquiry and final order has also been passed by terminating the service of the petitioner and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition is not maintainable. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
