This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 31.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month. 2.This Court, by order dated 31.03.2023, granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month. 3.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a coolie, making daily earnings. Due to the condition imposed, he could not attend his work and has been denied his earnings and put to hardship. He further submitted that in this case investigation completed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the condition diligently. Further submitted that in this case now investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.67 of 2023. 1/3

Further submitted that in this case, totally four accused, the petitioner is A1 and summons issued for appearance of the other accused. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/de-facto complainant submits that the petitioner is the main accused. Further, fairly submitted that the investigation completed. His only apprehension is the petitioner and the other accused to appear before the Trial Court, proceed with the trial and not drag on the proceedings.

6.Considering the fact that charge sheet has been filed and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, is relaxed. Other conditions remain unaltered.
