This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7877 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2023 to report before the Acharapakkam police Station on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30.a.m, and on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances, till completion of the trial.
