When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in due complaince of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9267 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022, the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai, in Filing No.CC/3111/2023 dated 20.03.2023.
