This matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.A mention was made by both the counsel to fix a time limit for payment of the principal amount as directed in the common order dated 21.11.2025. 3.In continuation of the earlier common order of this Court dated 21.11.2025, passed in the above Civil Revision Petitions, paragraph No.17 of the order may be substituted as follows:

"17. In fine, this Civil Revision Petitions are allowed setting aside the dismissal of the applications filed seeking unconditional leave subject to the petitioners paying the respective respondents / plaintiffs, 50% of the principal amount borrowed in the respective suits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed."

4.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary corrections forthwith.
