This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Tiruppur, dated 13.04.2017 in I.A.No.586 of 2016 in O.S.No.160 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the Suit itself got disposed of in the year 2017 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
