These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant as the appellants 3 and 4 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant has to be brought on record for proper adjudication in the Second Appeal, these petitions are Ordered.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal on 24.03.2026.
