The learned counsel for the respondent/husband made a submission that the HMOP No.263 of 2022, filed by him for restitution of conjugal rights, on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, had already been withdrawn.
2. Since the said HMOP is not pending, no further consideration is required in the present transfer petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
