Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1&2 to afford police protection to the petitioner, Amudha's adopted daughter namely Denida alias Dhurawkshri nd also her brother namely Gnasekaran and the tenants residing in their property and to their movable and immovable property based on the complaint dated 14.12.2017.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioner, defacto complainant's adopted daughter namely Denida alias Dhurawkshri and also her brother namely Gnanasekaran and the tenants are residing in their property and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to their movable and immovable property, based on the complaint dated 14.12.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that there was some property dispute arose between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. He further submitted that the wife of the third respondent viz., Amudha died, investigation has been completed and the aforesaid disputes have been resolved between the parties, therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
