It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by this Court in the above application has been complied with by paying cost to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai and she has also filed a Memo dated 11.12.2023 in this regard.

2.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the memo filed, no further order is necessary in this application and accordingly, the same stand closed.

3.Post the main Suit for framing issues on 04.01.2024.
