The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3), 118(1) of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner and only a CSR No.518 of 2015 is pending, regarding the complaint between the neighbours.

In the said circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and to cooperate with the enquiry. The enquiry shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today.
