This petition has been filed to modify the interim order dated 19.09.2023 passed by this Court in CMA.No.1835 of 2022.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is earning a monthly income of Rs.75,000/- and paying EMI for housing loan and also take care of his mother's treatment. Hence, he could not afford the payment of monthly interim award of Rs.12,500/- to the respondent as ordered by this Court dated 19.09.2023. Therefore, he filed this petition to modify the said interim order.

3. When this Court passed the interim order dated 19.09.2023, had considered the contentions of the parties and passed orders and hence, we are not inclined to accept the reasons to modify the interim order. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. However, at the request of the learned counsel for the 1/3

petitioner, further six weeks time is granted for complying the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023.

4. Post the matter after six weeks.
