O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 316(2), 318(4) of BNS in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that the petition is pending for enquiry. If the petitioner participates in the enquiry, necessary action will be taken if any cognisable offence is made out.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that it is purely a civil dispute which has been given a criminal colour.

4. Considering the rival submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with direction that the petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police on receipt of summons. If such cooperation is extended by the petitioners, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. The respondent police shall complete the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
