ORDER

The petitioner for anticipatory bail for alleging offence under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982, r/w. 7(1) a(ii) of E.C. Act 1955 in Crime No.161 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in the above case, which involves seizure of 1100 kgs of PDS rice from the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 90 H 6814. The petitioner claims that he is the driver of the lorry and he has no role in the crime of incident.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the registration number of the lorry found to be fake.

4. Considering the said fact, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
