Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.155 (School Education) dated 03.10.2002 and the consequent proceedings of the DEO in Na.Ka.No.1530/A2/03 dated 03.10.2003 and quash the same in so far as they seek to stop the petitioner's salary and further direct the respondents herein to continue to pay her the salary as paid since her appointment on 02.04.1996.
