This application has been filed by the applicant/defendant i) to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the written statement by the sole defendant in TOS No.23 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
