(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to condone the delay of 677 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the impugned judgment.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Since this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned and the criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered as prayed for.
