This petition is filed to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the above appeal suit against the judgment and decree dated 07.03.2025 made in L.A.O.P.No.68 of 2013 on the file of the learned VI Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 257 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
