Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the proviso to Rule 65(5) of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Dispute Rule, 1958, to be Ultra Vires the provisions of Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and Section

33(5) of the Industrial Disputes Act and consequently declare the impugned proceedings bearing references number Na.Ka.No.A/653/15 dated 26.11.2016 of the 4th respondent to be null and void in so far as it curtails its decision for a period of six months namely 31st of May 2017.
