This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.416 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent/Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police states that on completion of investigation in Crime No.416 of 2023, final report was filed through e-filing on 11.11.2024 in e-filing No.LTN-20230000451C202400529 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.

3. Since the first respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
