O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the District Collector, Salem for early hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In light of the endorsement made, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move the first respondent being the District Collector, Salem/Appellate authority to consider the request for earlier hearing of the appeal.
