ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to reimburse to the petitioner a sum of Rs.3,45,000/- with the 12% interest from 25.05.2021 till the date of reimbursement.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
